Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
